Job Description
Program Outreach:
Communicate with employers, education providers, labor groups, and community organizations to support program development and expansionTechnical Guidance:
Provide direction on drafting standards, preparing submissions, and meeting state regulationsSite Engagement:
Visit work sites to discuss needs, review progress, and offer recommendations to improve apprenticeship programsProgram Monitoring:
Track, conduct, and document provisional and compliance reviews in line with policy requirementsPartner Coordination:
Work with workforce and education partners to share information and promote apprenticeship as a workforce strategyData Management:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.Assigned Area of Coverage:
Mercer, Butler, Armstrong, Lawrence, Beaver, Allegheny, Washington, Westmoreland, Indiana, Fayette, Greene, Somerset, Bedford, Fulton, Huntingdon, Blair, and Cambria Counties. Headquarter location will be set within a PA CareerLink® or L&I designated location in the designated coverage area based on the location of the chosen staff member and availability of office space.Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarter location. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Workforce Development Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years of experience in performing technical work in a workforce development program, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
