The Skilled Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Execute assigned tasks in accordance with project specifications and timelines. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of structures or facilities. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with other laborers and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
