Reports To:

Shop Manager / Owner Position Summary Folsom Wrap & Detail is looking for a talented and dependable Automotive Window Tint, vinyl wrap, paint protection film (PPF), and detailing services as needed. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who values high-quality craftsmanship, takes initiative, and is eager to grow with a premium vehicle enhancement business. Key Responsibilities Perform automotive window tint, vinyl & ppf installations with precision, using both machine-cut and hand-cut techniques Including full and partial wraps, chrome deletes, and individual panels Support vehicle detailing tasks when not assigned to tint or wrap jobs, including interior and exterior cleans, prepping, and final wipe-downs Maintain clean, organized workspaces and properly care for tools, film, and install materials Follow strict SOPs to ensure high-quality, minimal-disassembly installations Flag any vehicle condition issues and collaborate with the team to resolve fitment or prep concerns Participate in training and stay current with new installation techniques and product knowledge Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in window; ability to install on all window types including rear windshields Willingness to assist with detailing and general shop duties during slower tint or wrap periods Comfortable using plotters, heat guns, squeegees, and other standard installation tools High attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, durable installs Punctual, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment Respect for client vehicles and the professional standards of FWD What We Offer Hourly pay with performance-based growth opportunities On-the-job (non beginner) training in vinyl wrap, PPF, and detailing A supportive, low-drama work environment with a focus on quality over speed Flexibility in scheduling and variety in daily tasks Advancement potential into specialized roles or leadership Employee discounts on services and materials
