Job Description
NEO Window Cleaning is a growing residential and commercial window cleaning company serving the Central Valley. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in doing quality work and providing excellent customer service. No previous window cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and all the equipment you'll need to succeed. Compensation Starting pay is $17.00 per hour during training. Pay increases after successful completion of training. Our top-performing technicians earn $25-$30 per hour based on experience, skill, and performance.
