Our spaces are handcrafted rather than prefabricated, with custom construction and finishing throughout. We take pride in creating one-of-a-kind environments that are as beautiful as they are functional. Rosetone is growing rapidly, with a busy schedule and a steady pipeline of projects across the country. We're willing to train the right individuals who have a foundation in basic construction skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Schedule & Travel Rosetone currently has several active projects throughout Los Angeles and surrounding cities, with additional projects coming up in Arizona and Florida over the next few months. A significant portion of our work takes place out of state. Crew members should expect a combination of time working in the shop, on local job sites, and traveling for projects across the country. Out-of-state assignments may require being away for several consecutive weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. For California-based assignments, job sites may vary throughout the region, and reliable personal transportation is required. Work generally takes place Monday through Friday, with early starts often around 5:00 AM. Some projects may require longer days or weekend work. Travel arrangements and lodging for out-of-state assignments are provided and paid for by Rosetone. Compensation & Opportunity $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Contractor position with opportunities for consistent, ongoing work across multiple projects Hands-on training in specialized construction and installation techniques Opportunities to contribute to unique, high-end recording studio builds and custom construction projects across the country Opportunity to develop specialized skills and grow alongside an expanding company Collaborative, craftsmanship-focused work environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for capable, dependable individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong sense of personal responsibility, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to the job. The ideal crew member doesn't need to be told what to do every step of the way. They're resourceful, pay attention to what's happening around them, anticipate what needs to be done next, and take initiative to keep projects moving. They're comfortable working independently, solving problems, and taking ownership of tasks while knowing when to ask questions or seek guidance. Equally important is a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Our projects require precision, patience, and attention to detail. We value people who care about doing things correctly, take feedback professionally, respect the people they work with, and hold themselves to a high standard. You don't need years of specialized experience to succeed at Rosetone. We're willing to invest time in training the right people. What matters most is reliability, accountability, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to become a valuable member of the crew over the long term. How to Apply Interested in joining the Rosetone team? Send us a message introducing yourself. We'd like to hear a little about your background, why you're interested in working with Rosetone, and any relevant construction, carpentry, or hands-on experience you have. Please include your current location and confirm your availability for extended out-of-state travel. We're looking to add up to four people to our crew. If you know someone who may be a good fit, feel free to pass this opportunity along.
