We are known for running clean, organized, professional jobsites and delivering high-quality work for our clients. We are looking for someone reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented to help support day-to-day field operations. Responsibilities Maintain clean and organized jobsites daily Help with jobsite setup, material organization, and cleanup Lock up and secure jobsites at the end of the day Take daily progress photos and provide updates Assist with light carpentry and general construction tasks Help coordinate deliveries and support subcontractors on-site Identify issues and communicate them clearly to management Represent the company professionally on-site What We're Looking For Residential construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of framing, drywall, finish work, or general construction Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to follow direction and take initiative Pride in keeping a clean and professional jobsite Good communication skills and punctuality Not a
