The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite sushi dishes and providing an exceptional culinary experience for our customers. Someone who is able to do nigiri, cut basic fish, rolls.

• Duties
• Prepare a variety of sushi dishes following traditional and modern recipes
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Assist in developing new sushi menu items
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays
• This is a part time as needed position.
• This role requires previous experience slicing fish and is a full day to day shift 10+ hours per day.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
• Understanding of food safety practices in the food industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
