What You'll Do Perform residential & commercial construction and remodeling work Demolition, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, flooring, and general labor Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site Operate hand and power tools safely Work closely with project managers and other crew members Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional attitude with clients Qualifications Construction experience preferred (entry-level applicants with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply) Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be punctual and dependable What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and opportunities for overtime On-the-job training and skill development Work on a wide variety of residential projects Supportive team environment Advancement Opportunities At Pacific Coast Construction, we believe in promoting from within.
