CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Part-Time Residential Remodeling $28-$43/hr DOE Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Foreman to lead our residential remodeling crews in the field. You will be the day-to-day leader on job sites — managing crews, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and keeping projects on schedule and within scope. This role requires someone who can lead by example and hold high standards for craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and direct field crews of workers and subcontractors on active job sites Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and material deliveries Serve as the primary point of contact between the crew and project management Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Monitor work quality and ensure all installations meet code and company standards Enforce job site safety rules and OSHA regulations Track daily progress and report updates to the project manager Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays proactively Maintain accurate records including timesheets, material logs, and daily reports Mentor laborers and junior crew members on proper techniques and safety Requirements Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role Strong working knowledge of residential remodeling — framing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, finish work, and general trade coordination Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project plans Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Legal work authorization in the United States (required) OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
