$20-$45 per hour (DOE) + Advancement Opportunities About Us Pacific Luxury Homes specializes in high-end residential construction, remodeling, additions, ADUs, and custom home projects throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. We are looking for motivated, dependable installers with broad construction knowledge who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Position Summary The Construction Installer will assist with the installation, construction, and completion of residential building projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple trades and can work independently while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude around clients. Responsibilities Perform installation of building materials and finish products Assist with framing, drywall, painting, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and general carpentry Install fixtures, hardware, doors, windows, and specialty products Assist with demolition and site preparation Read and follow construction drawings and specifications Maintain a clean and organized job site Safely operate hand tools and power tools Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners Identify potential issues before they become costly problems Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Required Qualifications 2+ years of residential construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of: Carpentry Drywall Painting Flooring installation Basic plumbing repairs and fixture installation Basic electrical work and safety practices Concrete and masonry fundamentals Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience using common hand and power tools Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ pounds Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury residential construction Experience with pavers, hardscape, landscape construction, or outdoor living projects Ability to read blueprints Forklift, skid steer, or equipment experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Year-round work Opportunities for advancement Training and skill development Work on high-end custom homes and unique projects Professional, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief description of your construction experience.
