We are currently hiring skilled construction workers for multiple permanent positions. Our projects are primarily located throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties, with occasional work in other Southern California areas. Because of our established commercial customer base, we can offer consistent work opportunities throughout the year. About the Position We are looking for dependable, experienced construction workers who can perform quality work across a variety of commercial projects. Applicants should have hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following areas: Carpentry and general construction Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing Metal or wood framing Drywall installation, repair, patching, taping, and finishing Basic electrical repairs, including receptacles, switches, light fixtures, ballasts, and circuit breakers Basic plumbing repairs, including water lines, drains, fixture replacement, and sweating copper Cabinet and door installation Caulking, plastering, fabrication, and finish work Reading blueprints, schematics, and project plans Operating construction tools and equipment Applicants are not expected to be experts in every trade, but prior professional construction experience is required. Responsibilities Perform assigned commercial construction, repair, and renovation work Follow plans, project instructions, and jobsite requirements Work independently or alongside company employees and subcontractors Load, unload, move, and pick up project materials when needed Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Complete jobsite cleanup and leave every project clean and presentable Communicate progress, material needs, and jobsite issues to the supervisor or Project Manager Follow company safety procedures and all site-specific requirements Maintain professional conduct while working around clients, tenants, employees, and the public Required Qualifications Previous hands-on construction experience Proficiency in at least one of the construction trades listed above Ability to follow verbal instructions, plans, and jobsite requirements Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and prepared to work Must have personal construction tools Must have reliable transportation to and from different job locations Must be willing to travel to projects throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties Professionalism and Cleanliness Much of our work is performed inside active medical buildings, corporate offices, warehouses, and other occupied commercial facilities. All employees must maintain a clean and respectful appearance, communicate professionally, and keep their work areas safe and organized. Cleanliness is an important part of this position. Employees must protect occupied spaces and leave each jobsite completely clean at the end of the workday. Schedule Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. However, certain projects may require after-hours, overnight, or weekend work based on client and scheduling requirements. Our primary openings are for permanent, full-time employees. Limited part-time opportunities may also be available for qualified applicants who can assist with weekend, overnight, or after-hours projects. Compensation Pay is based on relevant construction experience, trade skills, and demonstrated ability.
