This position focuses primarily on construction cleaning, debris removal, dust control, and final cleaning services while assisting site personnel with general labor tasks as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of construction sites, including offices, common areas, stairwells, elevators, restrooms, and work areas. Perform general labor & support of project activities as directed by supervisors Remove construction debris, trash, packaging materials, and excess building materials. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust surfaces to maintain site cleanliness. Protect and maintain finished materials and installed fixtures. Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums and other cleaning tools. Follow project-specific cleaning standards and safety procedures. Assist superintendents and project managers with site maintenance and organization. Load, unload, and transport supplies, equipment, and materials. Report safety hazards, damaged property, or project concerns to supervisors immediately. Comply with all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and jobsite requirements. Previous construction cleaning, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to work in active construction environments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Reliable transportation to various job sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a professional attitude.
