Position Overview:
This is a hands-on labor position for someone with advanced construction skills. You will work directly under our job superintendents to lead the general laborers, keep the site running efficiently, and physically execute skilled trade work. Key Responsibilities:
Labor Management:
Direct daily tasks for general laborers on-site and ensure the job site stays safe, clean, and organized.
Technical Pick-Up Work:
Hands-on execution of diverse tasks across apartment projects, including:

Concrete & Drywall:
Handling minor concrete pours, drywall hanging, taping, and patching.
Landscaping & Irrigation:
Installing/repairing basic irrigation lines and finishing landscape work.
General Labor:
Actively participate in heavy lifting, material moving, and daily site cleanup.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years in multi-trade construction (apartment experience preferred).
Skills:
Strong framing background and the ability to accurately read construction plans.
Versatility:
Comfortable jumping between carpentry, drywall, concrete, and basic irrigation.
Traits:
Absolute honesty, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own basic tools.
Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
Benefits:
Paid time off Professional development assistance
Work Location:
