$19 to $23.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Los Angeles, CA (Travel Required).

Project Scope:
Residential Foundation Repair and Rough Carpentry.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License. The Opportunity You will join a specialized team dedicated to mastering the trade of foundation restoration, offering you a clear path from entry-level work to skilled craftsmanship. This role is designed for motivated individuals who want to develop a long-term career in construction through a structured, tiered training program. You will contribute to the safety and stability of residential homes across Los Angeles while working for a company that values integrity and professional growth. How You Will Make an Impact Execute daily construction tasks including rough carpentry and the installation of new foundation systems under expert guidance. Assist skilled leads in the restoration and retrofitting of residential structures to ensure project precision. Maintain a safe and organized job site by managing tools, materials, and equipment effectively. Navigate and work within tight crawlspace environments to perform essential structural upgrades and repairs. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while upholding the company's high standards for quality. Participate in ongoing technical training to fast-track your proficiency in specialized foundation repair methods. Required Qualifications & Experience Basic understanding of general construction principles and the ability to follow technical instructions. Absolute willingness and physical ability to work in tight crawlspace environments under houses. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to reach various job sites. Strong work ethic with a dependable, "do it right the first time" mentality. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 1 year of experience in a construction, labor, or trades-related field. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
