Full Job Description Primary Responsibilities :
We are looking for candidates who have knowledge in basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall, etc. Someone who has knowledge in all trades. This is a very hands on position, that is fast paced and detailed oriented. We are a Commercial Construction Company so you will have to perform small construction jobs when needed. Must possess good communication skills and critical thinking, someone who can get the job done fast and efficiently.
Requirements :
Must have a valid CA driver license and a good driving record Respond quickly to work orders while following protocol Customer Service Oriented Must be able to perform basic Handymen Trades (i.e Concrete, Drywall repair, Electrical, etc Must be able to comprehend and perform basic construction mathematical calculations, including estimating. Must be able to lift 100 pounds Must be able to work for long periods of time Must have basic hand tools Must have powerful communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, to interact with clients, employees, vendors, professionals, and industry leaders.

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
