Essential Functions:
Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to:
Drywall:
Up to level 5 finish.
Framing:
Frames from a set of plans, and identifies quantity take off on a project.
Flooring:
Repairs and handles entire flooring projects, including floor preparation, installation and finish work.
Doors/Windows:
Installs framed doors and windows. Identifies and fixes door/window issues.
Painting:
Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.
T-bar:
Install T-bar ceilings, and has knowledge of ceiling grid terminology and codes. Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart/bag. Requests for and/or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required. Tracks assigned construction projects/tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards. Communicates progress to project manager and/or supervisor. Proactively performs construction projects/tasks, and identifies efficient methods to complete projects/tasks. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management
Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level. Minimum four (4) years of construction or related experience.
Knowledge and Abilities:
General knowledge of office procedures. Demonstrated prioritization and time management skills. Demonstrated high standard of quality of work. Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and flexibility in work habits. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to operate power tools, handheld tools and machinery. Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and applicable technical information. Ability to prioritize and organize project tasks and goals effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibiting high level of integrity, and trustworthiness. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively contributes as a team player. Ability to work with various supervisors, managers, and employees to ensure project goals are met. Ability to maintain punctual attendance, including the ability to work outside of scheduled work shift when necessary.
Pay Range:

Job Description Essential Functions :
Stores, retrieves, and organizes supplies, materials, and products within maintenance shop. Oversees and processes incoming maintenance order and replenishment requests; responds and executes order requests/deliveries in a timely manner. Maintains contact with requestor with updates and/or discrepancies. Delivers urgent requests to appropriate facility request to avoid discrepancies and/or delays to workflow. Assists with tracking material usage. Performs count of inventory supply levels and verifies against expected levels. Reports discrepancies between physical counts and database records. Performs minor repairs and installation of fixtures and accessories. Responds to work request for minor facility repairs; escalates or works alongside maintenance technicians on complex request. Performs basic maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment. Checks and maintains equipment and tools to ensure good working condition. Moves materials through use of equipment moving machinery such as hand trucks, forklifts, and golf carts. Maintains and organizes spare parts and consumables. Picks up various supplies from various vendors on an as-needed. Provides recommendations for facilities improvements. Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in facilities maintenance and repair, a plus. Experience in warehouse working environment, a plus.
Special Requirements/Certification:
Valid California state driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Forklift certification, preferred. Ability to pass in-house Forklift certification, if needed.

Job Description Essential Functions :
Maintains appropriate systemss payment information. Inputs receivable payments within an allotted time frame. Generates and prints monthly customer statements and past due letters. Provides excellent customer service with requests regarding current and previous account balances, collection issues, processing customer refunds, reviewing and processing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies. Monitors and maintains assigned accounts to ensure calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Accurately recodes all payments received to provide correct balance data. Maintains a high volume outbound call quota to assigned delinquent customers and responsible for reducing the number of assigned delinquencies. Answers inbound calls to assist with accounting inquiries, payments, and disputes. Reconciles customer disputes pertaining to payment of outstanding balances due. Communicates, interfaces, and troubleshoots with accounting department and outside vendors as needed. Communicates and follows up with internal call centers, supervisors, and department managers regarding customer accounts and discrepancies. Provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all internal and external customers such as but not limited to answering inbound telephone calls, making outbound collection calls, updating related account information, researching accounts, and inputting call notes in order to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Meets defined department goals and expectations. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience. General knowledge of accounting terminology. General knowledge of billing procedures and collections.
