Cleaning Crew-Post Construction Specialist

Post-Construction Cleaning Monday-Saturday Typical hours:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Housekeeping Services Monday-Saturday Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of post-construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all surfaces. Remove construction debris, leftover materials, and waste to ensure a tidy environment. Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and other architectural elements to achieve a polished appearance. Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards. Use specialized cleaning equipment such as industrial vacuums, and scaffolding as needed. Conduct quality checks to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards before project completion or handover. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Working as a team to prepare homes and projects for final walkthroughs and client handoff This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Requirements

MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION

Prior experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing extra care. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timelines. Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and working at heights is a plus. Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
