Duties include sweeping, pushing wheelbarrow, using shovel, general clean up, carrying material. showing up for work each day & on time, behaving in a respectful manner, being willing to get along & work with others, and having a willingness to work. Basic duties/requirements for all positions:
All employees must be able to show up for work each day and on time, behaving in a respectful manner, willing to work with others, willingness to perform job duties, be willing to take direction, be willing to learn, document daily duties in a written format or speak to another employee to document daily duties (if applicable to position), and be aware that, at times, all positions may require manual labor that could include sweeping, pushing wheelbarrows, general cleaning, carrying material and general construction related activities (excluding office staff). All employees are regularly scheduled for an 8-hour workday, but circumstances may arise that require employees to work beyond the 8-hour workday. Mental job requirements include remember processes, maintain focus, communicate with fellow workers, understand your job, make sound decisions, follow safety procedures, and work under possible stressful situations. All basic duties/requirements are job-related and consistent with business necessity. Only if applicable, Executive Order 11246, 29 C.F.R. Part 471, Appendix A to Subpart A, and 41 C.F.R. Parts 60-1.4, 60-1.7, 60-4.3 are incorporated. This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
