Position Overview Major League Plumbing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Helper to support field operations on a ground-up multifamily construction project in Paradise, California. This position is being offered as part of a Section 3 employment opportunity associated with a federally assisted housing project. Preference will be provided to qualified Section 3 workers in accordance with project requirements. No plumbing experience is required. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic who are interested in gaining experience in the commercial construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with material handling and jobsite logistics. Load, unload, transport, and organize plumbing materials. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to active work locations. Assist with jobsite cleanup and debris removal. Support daily construction activities as directed by field supervision. Follow all company safety policies and project safety requirements. Attend required safety meetings and training sessions. Perform other general construction support duties as assigned. Qualifications Must meet applicable Section 3 eligibility requirements. Ability to work in an active commercial construction environment. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation to and from the project site. Strong attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous construction experience. Experience working on commercial construction projects. OSHA 10 certification. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely navigate active construction sites.
