Aggregate Plant Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Aggregate Plant Laborer to join our team. This role supports daily operations at an aggregate production facility by assisting with equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring materials are processed efficiently. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties around the aggregate plant, including shoveling, sweeping, and cleanup Assist in the operation and maintenance of crushers, conveyors, and screening equipment Monitor material flow and help ensure consistent production Conduct routine inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Support plant operators and supervisors as needed Maintain work areas free of debris and hazards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, mining, or industrial labor is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Basic mechanical aptitude is an advantage Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Work Environment:

Outdoor setting with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
