Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! Your hands-on work will involve heavy lifting, operating power tools, and assisting with various construction activities across commercial and renovation sites. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to ensure smooth and durable surfaces. Support framing, metal stud installation, drywall, and trim carpentry tasks for interior and exterior structures. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as rebar installation, masonry work, roofing, and stucco application. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately follow project specifications. Perform demolition, restoration, renovation work, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Carry out heavy lifting of materials like concrete blocks, lumber, steel, and other building supplies. Assist with masonry work including tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, plastering, and concrete finishing. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to interpret project plans accurately. Hands-on experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, metal stud framing, and masonry techniques. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents.
