This is a unique opportunity to learn a specialized trade alongside a highly experienced team. Our current crew leaders bring nearly 50 years of combined industry experience , and we are looking for someone we can train, invest in, and grow with long-term. We service both residential and commercial customers throughout California and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and professional results. What You'll Do Assist with fiberglass pool resurfacing and repair projects Perform surface preparation, sanding, grinding, masking, and fiberglass application Work with fiberglass materials, tools, and specialty equipment Travel to job sites throughout California Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Construction, fiberglass, coatings, resurfacing experience preffered Fiberglass experience is a major plus, but training is available for the right candidate Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a small crew environment Ability to perform physically demanding work Valid California driver's license with clean driving record required Problem-solving and critical thinking skills What We Offer Full-time, long-term position Hands-on training in a specialized industry Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Competitive pay (based on experience) Work alongside an experienced and established crew If you take pride in quality workmanship and want to build a career in a specialized trade, we'd like to hear from you.
