Local projects (various job sites)Dees Custom Renovations is seeking a reliable and well-rounded construction helper to assist with a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across multiple trades who can assist where needed and work efficiently on-site.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks Support framing and structural work Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels Painting, drywall, and finishing work Basic plumbing and electrical assistance Job site preparation and clean-up Work alongside contractor to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:

Experience in multiple areas of construction (framing, remodeling, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Must have own tools Truck or reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in typical construction environments

Compensation:

Pay is negotiable based on experience 1099 contractor position (no benefits)
