Duties Assist pool construction crew with daily job site tasks Perform daily job site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment Operate equipment such as a skid steer loader when needed Dig trenches and perform manual digging with hand tools Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks Break and remove concrete using power tools (jackhammer, demo tools, etc.) Assist with pool layout, excavation, and general construction work Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors Help prepare job sites before and after construction work Skills Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials Basic construction knowledge or willingness to learn Experience operating equipment such as a skid steer loader (preferred) Ability to safely use power tools and hand tools Strong teamwork and ability to assist crew members as needed Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders Basic trenching, digging, and site preparation skills Good work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety on construction sites This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise across various construction disciplines while contributing to beautiful outdoor projects.
