Responsibilities Perform exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Operate tools such as pressure washers, scrapers, brushes, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely. Prepare work sites by setting up safety barriers and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly before starting each job. Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with specialized machinery like scissor lifts. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and meet company standards. Maintain detailed records of completed work, safety checks, and equipment usage for each project. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines and customer specifications. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Experience operating a scissor lift or similar height-access machinery is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Good physical stamina for lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and performing manual tasks over extended periods. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
