Premier Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Traveling Tower Construction Worker to join our telecommunications construction team based out of Sacramento, California . This is a full-time, traveling position . Candidates must be comfortable traveling frequently and working at various job sites throughout California and surrounding areas. We are looking for team members who are safety-minded, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in an outdoor construction environment. Experience in telecommunications, tower construction, or general construction is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Responsibilities Assist with construction, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of telecommunications towers and related equipment Perform tower climbing and ground construction duties as assigned Assist with installation and removal of antennas, mounts, coax, fiber, cabling, and other telecommunications equipment Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall-protection equipment Maintain a clean and organized work site Work effectively as part of a crew and follow direction from foremen and supervisors Complete assigned work safely and efficiently Travel frequently and stay out of town as required by project schedules Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights Qualifications Must be willing and able to travel frequently Valid driver's license required Must be comfortable working at heights and climbing telecommunications towers Ability to perform physically demanding construction work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors Must be dependable and able to work well as part of a team Strong attention to safety Ability to follow instructions and company procedures Construction, telecommunications, tower climbing, or related experience is preferred Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule based on project and travel requirements Benefits Premier Services offers benefits to eligible full-time employees, including: Paid vacation after 90 days Health insurance after 90 days Dental insurance after 90 days Vision insurance after 90 days Full-time employment Opportunities to gain experience and grow within the telecommunications construction industry Travel Requirements Frequent travel is required for this position.
