San Diego based commercial landscape company is seeking an experienced Crew Member for our Landscape Enhancement group to join our growing team. About the Position Join Vivo Commercial Landscape as a Crew Member - Landscape Enhancement (Construction) and help transform and improve the outdoor spaces our clients rely on every day. This is an entry-level field opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning practical landscaping skills as part of a team. You will work alongside experienced crew members and leaders while building your skills in landscape installation, enhancement, irrigation support, and site care. Help install and enhance landscapes at commercial client properties. Prepare work areas, remove debris, and organize materials for installation projects. Assist with planting trees and plants, trenching, irrigation support, and general groundskeeping. Load, unload, move, and stage plants, materials, tools, and equipment for daily work. Use basic hand tools and small power equipment safely, with opportunities to learn additional equipment as you are trained. Work with your crew to complete quality work safely, efficiently, and professionally.
