We are currently seeking a full-time skilled laborer with journeyman-level experience and a well-rounded understanding of residential construction trades to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across multiple phases of residential construction and can confidently assist with everything from demo and framing to installations, punch work, and basic trade tasks. Projects include bathrooms, kitchens, decks, repairs, and general remodel work. We're a small, hands-on company looking for someone reliable, adaptable, hardworking, and professional on job sites. What You'll Be Doing General construction work across multiple trades Demo, framing, drywall, and finish work Installing fixtures, cabinets, doors, and trim Basic electrical (switches, outlets, lighting) Assisting with basic plumbing and general repairs Handling smaller tasks independently Supporting remodel projects (bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) What We're Looking For Minimum 4 years of hands-on residential construction experience Strong understanding of general construction practices and job site workflow Experience with remodel work including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and repairs Familiarity with rough carpentry, demo, rough plumbing, and basic electrical Ability to take direction while also working independently Reliable, punctual, and consistent Professional demeanor and communication on job sites Knowledge of basic job site safety practices Requirements Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred) Own basic tools to start Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in active job sites Clean driving record Availability Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed Must be able to start immediately What We Offer Consistent full-time work Variety of residential projects Competitive compensation based on experience and skillset Starting pay: $25-$35/hour DOE Please reply with: Brief summary of experience Types of work you're strongest in Availability Join us if you're ready to build your career in a vibrant environment where your craftsmanship makes a real impact!
