Construction Worker

We're looking for a solid, hands-on technician who can support multiple trades and handle a variety of field tasks. This is not a sit-around job—you'll be working in the field, solving problems, and getting things done.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform work across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, framing, etc.) Assist with installation of equipment, piping, conduit, and supports (Unistrut, anchors, etc.) Demo and rebuild scopes (drywall, ceilings, minor concrete, finishes) Work in cleanroom and occupied environments with strict procedures Read drawings, layouts, and follow project scopes Coordinate with supervisors, subs, and facility teams Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of commercial construction experience (more is a plus) Experience in one or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general construction) Comfortable working with tools, ladders, lifts, and jobsite equipment Ability to follow directions and also think ahead when needed Reliable, shows up on time, and communicates well Clean driving record preferred

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in cleanrooms, labs, or tech facilities

OSHA 10/30

Scissor lift or forklift certification Ability to read plans and work independently
