This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations on-site, coordinate with project teams, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software and technical drawings. Join us to be a vital part of dynamic projects that shape communities and infrastructure! Duties Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities and ensure accuracy. Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy, quality control, and adherence to project requirements. Extensive hands-on construction. Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Demonstrated understanding of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations for ensuring a safe work environment. Ability to operate electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters for quality control inspections.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
