We are currently looking to expand our construction crew with skilled individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in becoming consistent members of the Blue Print Build Solutions team . We work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including new construction, additions, ADUs, remodels, renovations, and other general construction projects. This opportunity is for individuals looking for ongoing work as part of our team. We are NOT looking for subcontractors or subcontractor companies. Workers will be paid on a daily-rate basis according to their experience, skill level, and trade. Positions Currently AvailableFramers We are looking for experienced framers with knowledge of residential and/or commercial framing.

Responsibilities may include:

Wood framing Wall framing Interior and exterior walls Additions and new construction ADU construction Door and window openings Ceiling and roof framing Blocking and backing Reading measurements and basic construction plans Working alongside other trades to keep projects moving efficiently Drywall Installers & Finishers We are looking for experienced drywall workers capable of performing quality installation and finishing work.

Responsibilities may include:

Hanging drywall Measuring and cutting drywall Ceiling and wall installation Drywall repairs and patches Taping Mudding Sanding Corner bead installation Preparing walls for texture and paint Maintaining clean and professional finishes Experience with both installation and finishing is preferred. Electrical Workers We are looking for experienced electrical workers to assist with electrical work on our construction and remodeling projects. Depending on experience, work may include: Electrical rough-in Running wire Installing electrical boxes Outlets and switches Recessed lighting Interior and exterior lighting Dedicated circuits Electrical troubleshooting Remodel and new-construction electrical work Working from plans and following project specifications Applicants should have appropriate experience and qualifications for the electrical work they perform.
