Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and an understanding of work and LABOR, such as digging, carpentry, metal fabrication, and job site maintenance. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Primary duties are general labor. Duties Hand labor, digging, placing rocks, assisting in the placement of utility lines, minor landscaping duties, assistance on demolition and excavation job sites. Operate and maintain equipment properly. Work well with members on construction site projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Troubleshoot issues related to processes and equipment as they arise. Requirements Proven experience in labor, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly. Familiarity with codes and standards relevant to the construction industry. Ability to work effectively on construction sites, adapting to various environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to swim Must be able to lift 70 pounds pain- and injury-free Previous operating experience and 1+ year of labor experience Possess a valid driver's license Have a reliable 4wd vehicle
