Morning Shift (Starts at 6:00 AM) Job Description We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Cleanup Worker to join our team in Upland, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites throughout the construction and post-construction phases. If you are punctual, take pride in efficient work, and are ready to start early at 6:00 AM, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Clear construction sites of debris, waste materials, trash, and leftover building materials. Perform rough and final post-construction cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows/fixtures, and dusting). Safely load, unload, and haul heavy trash or materials into designated dumpsters or bins. Prep work areas for upcoming subcontractors or final client inspections. Organize and properly store tools, safety gear, and cleaning supplies. Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, job site rules, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Punctuality:

Ability to consistently arrive on time for a 6:00 AM start.

Physical Capability:

Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, stretching, and standing for extended periods.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Upland, CA. Safety Gear (PPE): Must have or be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (Work Boots, Hard Hat, High-Vis Vest, Safety Glasses, Work Gloves).

Work Ethic:

Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions from supervisors.

Experience:

Prior experience in general labor, post-construction cleaning, or demolition is a plus, but entry-level candidates willing to work hard are welcome to apply!
