Reconstruction Technician Blue Diamond Restoration - 4.0 Wildomar, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $35 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License IICRC Certification Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Overview Join our growing team as a Reconstruction Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by fire, water, mold, or other property losses. Responsibilities Perform reconstruction and restoration or repairs following water, fire and mold losses Be versatile and capable of working in multiple construction trades. Safely operate company vehicles, pul and maneuver a trailer. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during construction and repair projects while maintaining a clean organized and safe job site. Follow the scope of work for each project and the project manager's directions Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters and other team members. Support emergency restoration work when needed. Skills 2+ years proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction/remodel fields. Valid Drivers License Required. Must be able to Pass a Background Check. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail during repair work. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients Physically capable of performing physical labor with the ability to lift 50+lbs in various environments while maintaining safety standards Needs to be available for overtime and occasional emergency response work.
