The ideal candidate brings substantial hands-on construction experience and the ability to accurately and efficiently read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, drawings, and specifications. This position supports field coordination, communicates construction-related issues, and provides limited day-to-day work direction as assigned. This is an hourly, uncleared position with an anticipated pay range of $40.00

00 per hour, based on experience. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret construction blueprints accurately to support field execution. Perform construction work in an active jobsite environment. Apply established construction knowledge to identify and address field questions within the role's authority. Coordinate assigned work with site personnel and communicate relevant progress or issues. Provide limited day-to-day direction to others as assigned. Follow site procedures, safety requirements, and customer expectations. Maintain dependable attendance and readiness to work in the field. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of construction experience. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction blueprints. Ability to successfully complete required background screening consistent with applicable law and contract requirements. Valid U.S. passport book or passport card. Passport documentation is uploaded through a checklist task assigned in the applicant portal during the onboarding process. Ability to meet the physical and work-environment requirements listed below, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications 10 or more years of construction experience. Relevant construction certification or documented training in construction drawings and specifications, including Autodesk certification. Experience providing limited field direction or coordinating the work of others. Experience working on data-center or similarly controlled construction sites.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be free of color blindness.
