General Laborer

Demolition Laborer - Commercial Interior Demolition (Travel Required) We are hiring a demolition laborer to support interior demolition activities on commercial construction projects. This role involves selective demolition, careful work around existing plumbing and utilities, and maintaining safe, clean work areas. The first assignment is a locker room renovation at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, NM, followed by a cafeteria remodel at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities

• Selective demolition of non‑structural interior walls, including areas with active or existing plumbing
• Removal of doors, frames, and hardware
• Floor demolition using hand tools, including tile, concrete, and other finishes
• Sealing off work areas to control dust and protect adjacent spaces
• Working carefully around plumbing lines, drains, and utilities
• Loading, removing, and disposing of debris according to site requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Following all job site safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Taking direction from the foreman or site supervisor and working effectively with a small crew Requirements
• 1-3 years demolition or concrete labor experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work on active military bases; must have required registration and insurance
• Ability to travel for project assignments
• Reliable work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks Project Details
• Project 1: Cannon AFB, Clovis, NM - locker room renovation (approximately 2 weeks)
• Project 2: Fort Carson, Colorado Springs - cafeteria remodel
• Working with a crew of four plus one supervisor
• Hotel provided; $35 per day for meals and incidentals
• Schedule Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, approximately 40 hours per week Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
