Traveling Construction Laborer Pay:

$25-$30/hr + Overtime | 50%+ Travel Throughout the Western U.S. Are you someone who takes pride in working hard, enjoys being part of a team, and wants the opportunity to learn a skilled trade? We are looking for motivated Construction Laborers to support foundation, concrete, and structural construction projects across the Western United States. This is a great opportunity for candidates with construction, concrete, landscaping, demolition, farm, or general labor experience who are looking for steady work, competitive pay, and long-term career growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with foundation, wall, slab, and structural construction projects. Lift and move forms, steel beams, lumber, rings, and other construction materials. Help build and reinforce steel cages for foundation and concrete work. Assist with pouring, patching, and finishing concrete. Strip forms and perform site cleanup to maintain a safe jobsite. Support crews with general labor duties as needed. Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in construction, concrete, landscaping, demolition, dirt work, farm work, or other physically demanding labor. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials throughout 10+ hour workdays. Comfortable working in extreme heat, cold, and changing weather conditions. Clean driving record (MVR). Reliable transportation. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred, but not required. Must be willing and able to travel for extended periods, including projects lasting up to 4 months without returning home.

Schedule:

Average of 50-65 hours per week Winter minimum of 40 hours per week Project durations typically range from 1 week to 1 month , with some assignments lasting up to 2 months
