Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, masonry, or concrete finishing Execute specialized tasks such as flooring installation, or caulking to meet project specifications Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction activities; interpret technical drawings for various trades Support renovation projects by performing carpentry, trim work, restoration tasks, or heavy lifting as needed Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites. Knowledge in operating power tools safely Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions Strong understanding of safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure work environment Join us in building something great!
