Field Workers Compensation:

Starting at $22/hour with no prior experience . Pay may increase based on relevant experience. We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Laborers / Field Workers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general labor tasks on job sites. Support field crews with construction and maintenance work. Load and unload materials and maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.

Requirements:

Previous construction, labor, or field experience is preferred but not required . Ability to perform physical work and lift materials. Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Starting Pay:

$22/hour for candidates with no experience. Higher starting pay may be offered based on experience.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
