Construction Worker

Job Summary The Construction Worker will assist with residential and commercial remodeling projects including demolition, framing, installation, and finish work. This position works directly with our crew to deliver high-quality work for homeowners and businesses. Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition and site preparation
• Framing walls, floors, and structures
• Install drywall, trim, flooring, and cabinetry
• Tile installation assistance
• Load and unload construction materials
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools
• Follow instructions from the project lead or foreman
• Communicate with the team to keep projects on schedule Qualifications
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well with a team
• Valid driver's license preferred

Mesa County Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
