Job Description

Job Summary Join the First Modular crew! We're a Colorado-based company that installs, dismantles, and modifies commercial modular buildings. We do hands-on work, take pride in doing the job right, and put safety first. As a crew member, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in modular construction methods while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Starting hourly pay is $26.00. Competitive compensation increases are based on work performance. Duties Assist with the install, dismantle, and finishing of modular building components according to construction plans and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as framing, trimming, and material installation Support the installation of windows, doors, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and other building materials in accordance with project requirements Collaborate with team members on outdoor work sites across construction projects to ensure timely progress Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety procedures and protocols Requirements Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA or local safety standards Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites Traveling to job sites outside of Colorado if required Hands-on experience with window installation, door hanging, and cabinet installation preferred Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions across construction sites is desirable Strong attention to detail and quality of work
