Full Job Description Location:

Various sites (North Denver Metro to Northern Colorado)

Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our residential remodeling team. This isn't just about "swinging a hammer"—it's about helping transform homes. You will work alongside experienced pros who are willing to teach you the ropes of the trade if you bring the right energy and work ethic. What You'll Be Doing Your day-to-day will be fast-paced and physical.

Responsibilities include:

Site Prep & Cleanup:

Keeping the job site safe, organized, and debris-free.

Material Handling:

Loading and unloading supplies, lumber, and fixtures.

Demo & Prep:

Assisting with tearing out old kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring.

Trade Support:

Helping with basic framing, drywall, painting, and landscaping tasks as directed.

Learning:

Following instructions closely to develop skills in the construction trades. Requirements Reliability is

Non-Negotiable:

You must have your own reliable transportation to get to various job sites. Our projects range from the North Denver Metro area up through Northern Colorado (Longmont, Firestone, Berthoud, Mead, Loveland).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and stay on your feet for 8-10 hours.

Punctuality:

We value being on time to keep projects on track.

Attitude:

You take pride in your work, even the "dirty" jobs.

Tools:

Basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, tool belt) are a plus, but not required to start. Experience No experience required! We love a blank slate if you're eager to learn.
