Position Overview Seeking a motivated construction professional with experience or interest in structural work (wood/steel framing, concrete forming). This role supports field operations and works closely with engineers and builders to execute structurally sound projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with and perform wood and steel framing, and concrete forming Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Take measurements and calculate material quantities Cut, shape, and assemble materials to specification Build structural components including walls, window frames, doors, and stair systems Maintain job site organization, safety, and efficiency Qualifications Experience in construction, framing, or structural work preferred Exposure to engineering or architectural plans is a plus Ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team Strong communication skills (verbal and written) English required; Spanish a plus
