Construction Worker (General Labor, Earthwork & Landscaping)
Pay:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Technicians to support a variety of earthwork, landscaping, erosion control, and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in construction. As a Construction Technician, you will work alongside equipment operators and project crews performing site preparation, pipe installation support, erosion control work, landscaping, and project punch-list activities. Projects include parks, athletic fields, river restoration work, infrastructure improvements, and other outdoor construction projects. Responsibilities Assist equipment operators with pipe installation and utility work Help set grades and support cut-to-grade operations Perform earthwork, dirt work, and site preparation tasks Install and maintain erosion control measures Support utility and pipework activities Complete punch-list items such as: Reseeding and landscaping repairs Park bench installation Concrete replacement and repairs Touch-up painting General site cleanup and finishing work Assist with river and park improvement projects Move and place rocks, boulders, and construction materials Follow project plans, directions, and safety procedures Maintain tools and equipment provided by the company Qualifications 1+ year of experience in one or more of the following: Erosion control Utilities Earthwork Landscaping General construction labor Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Detail-oriented and capable of completing assigned tasks accurately Reliable with good time management and organizational skills What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
