$20hr Monday through Friday, starting at 7am and will typically work 8-10 hours per day. Must be available before 7am, or after 5pm for OT. Will do OT on Saturdays occasionally Help Build the Next Generation of Automation We're hiring Mechanical Technicians and Laborers to support an exciting, high‑visibility automation upgrade project in Loveland, CO. This short‑term assignment focuses on converting manual loading systems into advanced robotic docking and charging stations —a major step forward in modern warehouse automation. What You'll Be Doing Work as part of a 16‑person installation team removing manual chutes from overhead structures Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and SOPs to safely disassemble existing equipment Prepare and reconfigure areas for new robotic dock and charging systems Install new robotic cages after legacy equipment removal Use hand and power tools to handle and assemble large mechanical components Perform work safely and efficiently from 6‑foot ladders while maintaining attention to detail What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in industrial assembly, construction, or facilities maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Safety‑focused, reliable, and team‑oriented Preferred Experience Extensive use of hand and power tools Experience working with large or heavy mechanical components Experience supporting installations in warehouse or industrial environments Why This Project Is a Great Opportunity Work on a high‑impact automation project with a well‑established company Exposure to robotics and automation infrastructure , a highly in‑demand skill set Strong performers may be selected for future national travel projects supporting similar installs across the U.S. Short‑term assignment with potential long‑term career pathways Work Environment Large, active warehouse facility Physically demanding, fast‑paced, and team‑driven Required attire: Steel‑toed boots, jeans, and work shirt Valid ID required for site access Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
