About Landmark EPC Landmark EPC is a growing company committed to providing safe, high-quality infrastructure solutions throughout Colorado. We are seeking a dependable, motivated SUE Locator to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating specialized equipment, and being part of a team that values safety and quality, we'd like to hear from you. Position Summary The SUE Locator is responsible for locating, identifying, and documenting underground utilities using locating equipment and other industry-standard technologies. This position requires working in a variety of weather conditions and construction environments while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with project managers, engineers, and field crews. Responsibilities Perform utility locating using locating equipment and other SUE technologies. Mark underground utilities in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Read and interpret utility maps, as-built drawings, and construction plans. Collect accurate field data and maintain detailed documentation. Operate GPS/data collection equipment as required. Communicate findings with project managers, engineers, clients, and field personnel. Maintain company vehicles, locating equipment, and tools. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Travel to various project sites as needed. Perform additional field duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous utility locating or SUE experience preferred but not required. Ability to read construction drawings and utility plans. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Basic computer and tablet proficiency preferred. Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Reliable transportation to and from work. Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends when project schedules require.
