Excavation Laborer

Laborer As a laborer for Haynes Excavation, you will be an essential part of our field team, responsible for performing various manual tasks, such as digging, shoveling, operating vibe plates, etc. This role requires a valid driver's license as driving may be a component of your duties. Responsibilies Perform various labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines. Drive company vehicles as required, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining a valid driver's license. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects. Qualifications Must have strong work ethic with a professional focus on quality, efficiency and safety. Must be reliable/punctual, work independently and as part of a team, and have a positive attitude. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (sometimes exceeding 50 pounds) Must have clean driving license for the last 5 years. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening (this includes marijuana per our insurance company's policy). Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or excavation is preferred, but not required. Haynes Excavation offers year round work, with no layoffs in the slow/winter months. Pay will be based on experience.
