Western Slope Waterproofing is hiring field labor for foundation and deck waterproofing on custom homes.

Pay:

$25.00+ per hour starting, with time-and-a-half paid for hours worked over 40 per week.

Position Type:

Steady, full-time work on residential construction sites. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crew. This is an outdoor role performing exterior construction tasks, including moving materials, preparing and waterproofing foundations and decks, and assisting journeymen on the jobsite. You will start with on-the-job training to learn waterproofing techniques and safe work practices—no prior waterproofing experience required.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Requirements:
