Schedule:
Mon-Thurs, 10-hour shifts; some night work (~10 days); occasional Fridays for weather make‑up days Position Overview We are seeking reliable General Laborers to support maintenance and construction activities at an active solar field. This role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and requires comfort with tools, equipment, and energized field components. Key Responsibilities Landscaping and grounds maintenance Machine maintenance tasks General site and facility upkeep Handling small parts and using hand/power tools safely Qualifications Must be local to the area Experience with hand tools, power tools, shovels , and basic mechanical tasks Ability to work around energized electrical components Comfortable working outdoors Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Work Conditions & Requirements Safety-toe or steel-toe boots in good condition (required) Provided PPE includes: hard hat, hi‑vis vest, gloves, and safety glasses No shorts or clothing with holes permitted Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
Schedule Details Standard:
4×10 hr days , Monday-Thursday Night work: approximately 10 days expected Weather delays may require Friday work to make up lost time Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Trinidad, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
