Ansonia, Connecticut Job Description We're hiring Skilled Construction Laborers to join our team on active commercial job sites. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in a hard day's work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties on commercial construction sites Load, unload, and move materials and tools around the site Assist carpenters, drywallers, and other trades as needed Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Set up and clean up work areas, debris, and equipment Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site Comply with all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
2+ years of construction labor experience preferred Familiarity with commercial construction environments Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet all day Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation Valid driver's license OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
Pay Range:
